Hamilton Baiden

Chief Executive Officer

Hamilton Baiden is Youturn Health’s CEO. Prior to joining Youturn Health, Hamilton was Executive Vice President of Sales at Avella Specialty Pharmacy where he oversaw the growth of the business from a small regional pharmacy to the largest independent specialty pharmacy in the nation. His knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy industry was developed throughout his professional career, working in various roles for prominent pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, including MedImmune, Serono, Daiichi and Sanofi.

A graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC, with strong ties to his community, Hamilton served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization dedicated to animal welfare, Altered Tails, and currently serves on the National Board of the American Liver Foundation Southwest Division. Hamilton is also in recovery and committed to helping others.

Rich Jones

Chief Clinical Officer

Rich is recognized nationally as a subject matter expert on substance use disorder (SUD) and health care and recovery integration. He has testified to U.S. Congress on the topic and participated in widespread speaking engagements and technical consultations across the country. As CEO of the award-winning recovery support organization FAVOR Greenville—and as someone who is in recovery himself—Rich has helped over 8,000 families suffering from SUD with his messages of hope and positivity. His lectures are highly sought after, and his keen expertise and knowledge about recovery are the basis for youturn’s creation.

As a senior health care and non-profit executive and director since 2002, Rich has developed specialized skills across multiple domains, including mental health services, substance use disorder treatment, and recovery support services. Rich has logged over 40,000 coaching hours and is a Licensed Clinical SUD Specialist (“LCAS”), DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Certified Clinical Supervisor (“CCS”), Co-Occurring Disorder Professional (“CCDP”), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (“CEAP”), Certified ARISE Interventionist (“CAI”), and an EMDR Certified Trauma Therapist.

Brent Lomax

Chief Financial Officer

Brent Lomax is the Chief Financial Officer of Youturn Health. Prior to joining Youturn Health, Brent was the CFO of a telehealth start-up where he worked directly with the founder of the business in all areas of the company including marketing, operations, software development, regulatory, and finance. In a two-year period, the company grew from zero operations to operating in over 20 states and serving 2,500 patients a month. Previously, Brent was VP of Finance of a regional specialty pharmacy, supporting them through implementing a 340B program and acquisition into becoming a major national specialty pharmacy. Before entering the healthcare field, Brent was the senior finance officer for several manufacturing companies as well as a public accountant at Ernst & Young in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Lomax is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.

Julee Smith

Vice President, Operations

Julee is responsible for the operational strategy for Youturn Health, ensuring the scalability of company operations to meet client demands. In addition to her background in Operations, Julee holds a Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Texas and has extensive experience working as a licensed social worker with non-profit organizations, schools, psychiatric hospitals, and ERs which gives her the unique knowledge she needs to optimize care systems. Her career includes working as a crisis interventionist, managing grant programs, and creating behavioral health curriculum. Most recently Julee worked in Operational leadership in both technology and mental healthcare spaces.
